Disabled Living North West, is a Third Sector organisation which provides impartial information and advice relating to assistive technology and services to older and disabled people, their families and carers together with the health and social care professionals who support them.
Disabled Living’s services are developing rapidly as we increase our partnerships with stakeholders including PCT’s and Local Authorities. In addition, plans are underway to relocate, in the near future, to a purpose built Disabled Living Centre – a ‘Centre of Excellence’ for the North West.
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated staff to join our team and develop a wide range of innovative services.
- Moving and Handling Trainer and Risk Assessor
- Occupational Therapist
In addition, Disabled Living is looking to create a Register of Health and Social Care Professionals, who we could call upon for specific project work, to undertake assessments or to provide training.
